    线性扫描伏安法测定氟罗沙星

    Linear Scanning Valtammetric Determination of Fleroxacin

    • 摘要: 应用线性扫描伏安法和循环伏安法研究氟罗沙星在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。在含有铜离子的pH 6.5的0.10 mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,铜离子在玻碳电极上分别于-0.136 V和-0.728 V处形成两个还原峰,加入氟罗沙星后铜离子的还原峰电位不变但峰电流均降低。在优化的试验条件下,于-0.136 V处的峰电流降低值Δip与氟罗沙星浓度在6.40×10-7~1.5×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.10×10-7mol·L-1。方法用于氟罗沙星片剂中氟罗沙星含量的测定,回收率在96.8%~103.5%之间。

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical behavior of fleroxacin at glassy carbon electrode was studied by linear scanning voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry. In 0.10 mol·L-1 phosphate buffer solution of pH 6.5 containing Cu(Ⅱ) ion, two reduction peaks given by Cu(Ⅱ) ion were observed at -0.136 V and -0.728 V, and their peak current decreased with addition of fleroxacin while keeping their reduction peak potentials unchanged. Under the optimized conditions, linear relationship between values of peak current obtained at -0.136 V and concentration of fleroxacin was kept in the range of 6.40×10-7-1.5×10-4mol·L-1, with detection limit of 2.10×10-7mol·L-1. The proposed method has been used in the determination of content of fleroxacin in its tablets, and values of recovery found were in the range of 96.8%-103.5%.
