气相色谱法测定电子烟烟液中烟酮的含量
GC Determination of Megastigmatrienone in Electronic Cigarette Liquid

摘要: 取电子烟烟液0.500 0 g,加入乙醇5 mL制成待测溶液,用气相色谱法测定其中烟酮的含量。首先用气相色谱-质谱法确定标准品中烟酮的5个同分异构体目标峰的保留时间,然后通过对标准品溶液及样品溶液的色谱峰面积比计算烟酮在烟液中的含量。在气相色谱及气相色谱-质谱分析,选用了相同型号的非极性色谱柱HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱,以空白电子烟液为基体,在5个浓度水平上加入烟酮标准溶液,按气相色谱法进行测定。测得平均回收率在91.3%~92.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.70%~0.94%之间。Abstract: To prepare sample solution, 0.500 0 g of the electronic cigarette liquid was taken and mixed with 5 mL of ethanol, in which content of megastigmatrienone (MSTN) was determined by GC. Values of retention times of 5 isomers of MSTN was determined by GC-MS, as basis for identification of MSTN in unknown samples. Quantification of MSTN was performed by comaring the values of chromatographic peak areas of the sample solution with that of the standard sample solution and calculating with the given formula. Same type of the non-polar chromatographic column of HP-INNOWAX capillary column was used both in GC and GC-MS analysis. Test for recovery was made by addition of standard solution of MSTN at 5 concentration levles to a blank cigarette liquid sample as matrixes, values of recovery found were in the range from 91.3% to 92.4%, with RSD′s (n=5) ranged from 0.70% to 0.94%.
