    Review of Determination Techniques of Cadmium in Foods

    • 摘要: 本文综述了近年来国内食品中镉的检测技术,包括火焰原子吸收光谱法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、分光光度法、阳极溶出伏安法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法等传统检测技术,以及生物化学传感器法、免疫分析法、酶分析法和试纸法等快速检测技术(引用文献42篇)。

       

      Abstract: A review of the recent advances of determination techniques of cadmium in foods was presented, including the traditional determination techniques, such as flame atomic absorption spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, spectrophotometry, anodic stripping voltammetry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, etc, and the rapid determination techniques, such as biochemical sensor methods, immunoassay, enzyme analysis and dipstick, etc (42 ref. cited).
