    毛细管电泳离子色谱法快速检测碱金属和碱土金属离子

    Rapid Determination of Alkali and Alkaline Earth Metal Ions by Capillary Electrophoresis-Ion Chromatography

    • 摘要: 用自行组装的快速毛细管电泳(CE)-离子色谱(IC)仪在3.5 min内分离和测定了6种常见的碱金属和碱土金属离子(即Li+、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+及Ba2+).CE-IC分析系在含有20 μmol·L-1 CTAB的25 mmol·L-1 2-N-吗啡啉乙磺酸(MES)和L-组氨酸(L-His)组成的缓冲溶液(pH 6.0)中,并在10 kV分离电压,60 V激发电压和120 kHz激发频率等操作条件下进行的.测定中采用了电容耦合非接触电导检测器.上述6阳离子的峰面积值与其相应的浓度在4.0~64.0 μmol·L-1范围内呈线性关系.测定K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+的检出限(3S/N)均为1.0 μmol·L-1,Li+的检出限(3S/N)为2.0 μmol·L-1.

       

      Abstract: Six cations of alkali and alkaline earth metals,i.e.,Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+ and Ba2+,were separated and determined by the rapid capillary electrophoresis (CE) and ion chromatography (IC) within 3.5 min,using a set of self-assembled instruments.The CE-IC analysis was performed in a buffer solution of 25 mmol·L-1 2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid (MES) and L-histidine (L-His) system of pH 6.0 in the presence of 20 μmol·L-1 CTAB,and under the working condition of ① separation voltage 10 kV,② excitation voltage 60 V and ③ excitation frequency 120 kHz.The capacitively coupled contactless conductivity detection was adopted in the determinations.Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of all the 6 metal ions were found in the range of 4.0-64.0 μmol·L-1.Detection limits (3S/N) were found to be 1.0 μmol·L-1 for K+,Ba2+,Ca2+,Na+ and Mg2+,and 2.0 μmol·L-1 for Li+.
