    线性扫描伏安法研究白杨素与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用

    Study on Interaction Between Chrysin with BSA by Linear Sweep Voltammetry

    • 摘要: 采用线性扫描伏安法研究了白杨素与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用。优化的试验条件为:① 以pH 7.40的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液为介质;② 反应时间为20 min;③ 反应温度为298 K;④离子强度:1.0×10-3mol·L-1氯化钠溶液。研究发现:白杨素与BSA在相互作用后形成了一种非电活性超分子化合物,转移系数(α)为0.121 9,表观电子传递速率常数(ks)为0.914 s-1。

       

      Abstract: The interaction between chrysin with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by linear sweepping voltammetry. The optimized conditions found were as follows: ① medium: Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution of pH 7.40; ② reaction time: 20 min; ③ reaction temperature: 298 K; ④ ionic strength: 1.0×10-3mol·L-1 NaCl. It was found that an electrochemically non-active supermolecular compound between chrysin and BSA was formed, with transfer coefficient (α) of 0.121 9 and apparent electron transfer rate constant (ks) of 0.914 s-1.
