    电化学研究茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)二元络合物与蛋白质相互作用

    ELECTROCHEMICAL STUDY ON THE INTERACTION OF THE BINARY COMPLEX OF ALIZARINE COMPLEXAN-Pr(Ⅲ) WITH PROTEIN BSA

    • 摘要: 用电化学方法对茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)二元络合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用进行了研究,发现在pH 4.9的六次甲基四胺(CH2)6N4缓冲液中,茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)络合物能与牛血清白蛋白生成一种非电活性的络合物,导致茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)的峰电流降低,峰电流降低值Δip在一定范围内与BSA的浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为1.5-17.5 mg·L-1,相关系数为0997,检出限为1.5 mg·L-1,RSD为2.1%,回收率为102%,该法可用于蛋白质的测定.

       

      Abstract: An electrochemical study on the interaction of the binary complex alizarine-complexan (ALC)-Pr(Ⅲ) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was reported in this paper.In a medium of urotropine buffer (pH 4.9),Alizarine complexan-Pr(Ⅲ) reacts with BSA to form an electrochemically non-active complex,leading to a deerease in peak current of Alizarine complexan-Pr(Ⅲ).The decrease,of peak current Δip is proportional to BSA concentration in the range of 1.5-17.5 mg·L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.997.Detection limit of 1.5 mg·L-1,RSD of 2.1% and recovery of 102% were found.The method has been applied to the determination of BSA.
