流动注射化学发光法测定重酒石酸间羟胺
Determination of Metaraminol Bitartrate by Flow Injection Chemiluminescence

摘要: 基于碱性条件下重酒石酸间羟胺对高锰酸钾-鲁米诺体系的化学发光信号具有增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,提出了一种测定重酒石酸间羟胺的方法。在最佳试验条件下,重酒石酸间羟胺的线性范围为0.01~10.0 mg·L-1,方法的检出限(3S/N)为3.7 μg·L-1。该方法用于分析重酒石酸间羟胺注射液,测定值与标示值相吻合,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%~2.3%之间。通过分析反应体系的荧光光谱,对该体系的化学发光机理进行了初步探讨。Abstract: A method was proposed for the determination of metaraminol bitartrate by flow injection chemiluminescence, based on that the chemiluminescence arising from the reaction of luminol with potassium permanganate could be strongly enhanced by metaraminol bitartrate in alkaline solution. The linearity range of metaraminol bitartrate was 0.01-10.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit of 3.7 μg·L-1. The method was applied to analyze metaraminol bitartrate injection, giving measured values in agreement with the indicated values and RSD (n=6) in the range of 1.5%-2.3%. The mechanism of chemiluminescence system was also explored by analyzing the fluorescence spectra of the system.
