Abstract: A review on the application of chemical derivatization to the HPLC determination of biopolyamines with fluorescence detection was given,covering mainly the years from 1979 to 2005.Special emphasis was made on the application of some kinds of commonly used fluorescence-derivatizing reagents (41 ref.cited).
