    气相色谱-质谱法测定化妆品中抗氧化剂

    GC-MS Determination of Antioxidants in Cosmetics

    • 摘要: 提出了气相色谱-质谱法测定化妆品中丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、特丁基对苯二酚3种抗氧化剂含量的方法.化妆品试样用甲醇溶解,涡旋振荡3 min,超声提取10 min,用气相色谱-质谱法测定.分别以质荷比(m/z) 165,205,151作为定量离子.3种抗氧化剂回收率在73.8%~114.0%之间,测定下限(10S/N)分别为4,3,10 mg·kg-1.

       

      Abstract: A method of GC-MS for the determination of 3 antioxidants,e.g.butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA),butyl hydroxytoluene (BHT) and tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in cosmetics was proposed.The sample was dissolved with methanol,vortically oscillated for 3 min and ultrasonically extracted for 10 min.The contents of the 3 antioxidants were determined by GC-MS.Ions of m/z 165,205 and 151 were used for the quantitative analysis.Values of limit of determination (10S/N) of BHA,BHT and TBHQ found were 4,3 and 10 mg·kg-1 respectively,and of recovery were ranged from 73.8% to 114.0%.
