Abstract: Recent progress of the application of fibrous stationary phase to sereral fields of analytical chemistry,i.e. the solid phase micro-extraction (SPME),the capillary gas chromatography,electrochromatography and high performance liquid chromatography was reviewed. The types of fibrous stationary phase,its distinguishing features,and its application were expounded. A brief introduction of the research works on this topic undertaken by the authors was also given (20 ref. cited).
