    离子交换色谱-脉冲安培法测定卷烟主流烟气中硫化氢

    Pulse Amperometric Determination of Hydrogen Sulfide in Mainstream of Cigarette Smoke with Separation on Ion Exchange Chromatography

    • 摘要: 提出了离子交换色谱-脉冲安培检测法分离测定卷烟主流烟气中硫化氢的含量。样品中的硫化氢经含有100 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠-400 mmol·L-1乙酸钠-0.5%乙二胺-20 mmol·L-1抗坏血酸混合溶液捕集后,以IonPac AS7阴离子交换色谱柱为分离柱、100 mmol·L-1氢氧化钠-400 mmol·L-1乙酸钠-0.5%乙二胺混合溶液为淋洗液洗脱,银电极为工作电极,pH/Ag/AgCl电极为复合参比电极,用脉冲安培检测法进行测定。硫离子的质量浓度在0.1~5.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为1.52 μg·L-1。方法的加标回收率在92.4%~96.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.0%~3.3%之间。

       

      Abstract: Pulse amperometry with separation by ion exchange chromatography was applied to the determination of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in mainstream of cigarette smoke. H2S in mainstream of cigarette smoke was trapped in a mixture containing solutions of 100 mmol·L-1 NaOH-400 mmol·L-1 sodium acetate-0.5% ethylene diamine-20 mmol·L-1 ascorbic acid. IonPac AS7 anion exchange column was used as separation column and a mixture containing solutions of 100 mmol·L-1 NaOH-400 mmol·L-1 sodium acetate-0.5% ethylene diamine were used as eluant in the elution. In the pulse amperometric detection, silver electrode was used as working electrode, pH/Ag/AgCl electrode was used as composite reference electrode. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of S2- was obtained in the range of 0.1-5.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit of 1.52 μg·L-1. Test for recovery was made by addition of the standard of S2- to sample of mainstream of cigarette smoke as the matrix, values of recovery obtained were in the range of 92.4%-96.4% with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 2.0%-3.3%.
