    反射法测定水中重金属元素铬和铜的含量

    Determination of the Heavy Metals Chromium and Copper in Water by Reflectometry

    • 摘要: 提出了用反射法测定水中重金属元素铬和铜含量的方法,测定铬(Ⅵ)时,样品用硫酸和硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)溶液进行消解;测定铜(Ⅱ)时,样品用硫酸(2+8)溶液1滴进行酸化。铬和铜的质量浓度分别在10 mg·L-1和50 mg·L-1以内呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)依次为0.01和0.1 mg·L-1。以实际水样为基体,加入一定量的标准溶液做回收试验,测得回收率分别在84.5%~113%和88.9%~105%之间。

       

      Abstract: Contents of the heavy metals chromium and copper in water were determined by reflectometry. For determination of chromium(Ⅵ), the sample was digested with H2SO4 and mixed acid of HNO3-HClO4(4+1) in succession, and for determination of Cu(Ⅱ), the sample was acidified with 1 drop of H2SO4(2+8). Linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass concentration were kept in the ranges within 10 mg·L-1 for chromium and within 50 mg·L-1 for copper, with detection limits (3s/k) of 0.01 mg·L-1 and 0.1 mg·L-1 respectively. On the base of substantial water samples, standard solutions of Cr(Ⅵ) and Cu(Ⅱ) were added separately and determined by the proposed method to test for the recovery, giving results in the range of 84.5%-113% and 88.9%-105% respectively.
