Abstract: Taking the performance assessment of analysis of wheat flour for residual pesticides sponsored by FAPAS as an example,procedure to establish methods for determination of residual pesticides in samples of different matrixes was proposed by modification of original methods used conventionally in the laboratory,relating especially to the aspects of preparation of sample for recovery test,pretreatment of sample,influential factors to working condition of instrument during analysis and data treatment.
