    微波样品消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品中镉含量

    ICP-MS Determination of Cadmium in Food with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 食品样品经硝酸和过氧化氢微波消解后,对所得试样溶液中镉用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。使用碰撞反应池技术消除了质谱干扰。镉的质量浓度在40 μg·L-1以内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为0.05 μg·kg-1。方法用于小麦(GBW 08503)、大米(GBW 10010)和茶叶(GBW 10016)等标准物质分析,所得测定值与认定值相一致。

       

      Abstract: The food sample was treated by microwave assisted digestion with a mixed solution of HNO3 and H2O2, and the content of cadmium in the sample solution was determined by ICP-MS. The MS interference was eliminated by collision/reaction cell technique. Linear relationship between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of cadmium was kept in the range within 40 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0.05 μg·kg-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of 3 CRM′s, including wheat (GBW 08503), rice (GBW 10010) and tea (GBW 10016); the results obtained were in conformity with certified values.
