    应用示差扫描量热/热重-傅里叶变换红外光谱-质谱法研究新疆煤的热分解过程

    Study on the Pyrolysis of Coal from Xinjiang by Application of DSC-TG in Hyphenation with FTIRS-MS

    • 摘要: 应用示差扫描量热/热重分析与傅里叶变换红外光谱法和质谱法联用技术对新疆煤的热分解过程作了研究。结果表明:煤样温度在350 ℃~650 ℃失重明显,在447.0 ℃时失重速率为1.3%·min-1,在约950 ℃转化成焦炭。热解气体的红外质谱分析表明:煤样在热解过程中主要气体产物为CO2、CH4、H2O及CO。此外,煤样中尚含有很低量的硫,在300 ℃~400 ℃以上基本热解完全并以SO2形式释出。

       

      Abstract: DSC/TG in hyphenation with FTIRS and MS was applied to the study of pyrolysis of coal mined in Xinjiang. As shown by the experimental results, significant mass loss of the coal sample was observed in the temperature interval of 350 ℃ to 650 ℃, the rate of mass loss attained to 1.3%·min-1 at 447.0 ℃; the coal was coked at 950 ℃. It was shown by the results of FTIR-MS that CO2, CH4, H2O and CO are the main gaseous products liberated during the course of pyrolysis of coal sample. Besides, low contents of sulfur in the coal sample was liberated as SO2 from 300 ℃ to 400 ℃.
