高效液相色谱法测定木材产品中2-(硫氰基甲基硫代)-苯并噻唑含量

摘要: 提出了高效液相色谱法测定木材产品中2-(硫氰基甲基硫代)-苯并噻唑含量的方法。木材样品经乙腈超声提取20 min 2次,所得提取液经0.45 μm滤膜过滤。以C18色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-水(80+20)溶液为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器于波长225 nm处检测。2-(硫氰基甲基硫代)-苯并噻唑的质量浓度在0.5~10.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.41 mg·kg-1。以空白木材样品为基体,采用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在89.0%~96.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.2%~6.3%之间。Abstract: A method of HPLC for the determination of 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole (TCMTB) in wood products was proposed. The wood sample was extracted twice ultrasonically with acetonitrile for 20 min, and the extract was filtered on 0.45 μm filtering membrane. C18 column was used as stationary phase and a mixture of acetonitrile and water (80+20) was used as mobile phase. The eluate obtained was determined with DAD at the wavelength of 225 nm. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of TCMTB was kept in the range of 0.5-10.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.41 mg·kg-1. Using blank sample of wood as matrix, values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 89.0%-96.3%, with RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 2.2%-6.3%.
