    流动注射化学发光法测定间苯二酚

    Flow Injection-chemiluminescence Determination of Resorcinol

    • 摘要: 在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,间苯二酚对这一体系的化学发光具有很强的抑制作用.据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种测定间苯二酚的方法.线性范围为1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol·L-1;检出限(3σ)为2.0×10-8mol·L-1.该方法用于环境水样和皮炎宁酊中间苯二酚的测定,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.9%~2.1%之间,其回收率在98.8%~103.0%之间.

       

      Abstract: Based on the striking inhibition of the chemiluminescence (CL) produced through the reaction between potassium ferricyanide and luminol in an alkaline solution by resorcinol,a new method for determination of resorcinol by FI-chemiluminescence was proposed.Linear relationship between the magnitude of decrease in CL intensity (ΔI) and concentration of resorcinol was obtained in the range from 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-5mol·L-1 with detection limit (3σ) of 2.0×10-8mol·L-1.Samples of ground water and “Piyan′ning” tincture were analyzed for their resorcinol contents,and tests for precision and recovery were made on the base of these samples as matrix.Values of RSD′s (n=7) and recovery found were in the ranges of 1.9%-2.1% and 98.8%-103.0% respectively.
