    毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中7种有机物

    Simultaneous Determination of 7 Organic Compounds in Air of Workshop by Capillary Column-Gas Chromatography

    • 摘要: 采用气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中7种有机物,即正己烷、正辛烷、乙酸甲酯、正壬烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯丙烷及1,2-二氯乙烷。用活性炭管按GBZ 159-2004中规定吸附采样。将采样后的活性炭置于二硫化碳1.0 mL中,解吸30 min。选用FFAP毛细管色谱柱进行分离,采用氢焰离子化检测器(FID),温度为250 ℃,分离中用程序升温,外标法定量,检出限(3S/N)在0.2~2.0 mg·L-1之间。用标准加入法进行回收试验,测得回收率在91.2%~108%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.27%~0.69%之间。

       

      Abstract: Seven organic compounds, including n-hexane, n-octane, methyl acetate, n-nonane, trichloromethane, 1,2-dichloropropane and 1,2-dichloroethane, in air of workshop were determined simultaneously by GC. Sampling was performed by adsorption with active carbon according to GBZ 159-2004, and the active carbon after sampling was desorbed with CS2 (1.0 mL) for 30 min. FFAP capillary chromatographic column was used for separation, and FID (at 250 ℃) was used for detection. Programmed elavation of temperature was adopted for separation. External standard method was used in determination. Values of detection limits (3S/N) were found in the range of 0.2-2.0 mg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 91.2% to 108%, with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 0.27%-0.69%.
