    微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定山核桃外果皮中痕量元素

    ICP-AES Determination of Trace Elements in Peel of Carya Cathayensis with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定山核桃外果皮中钠、钾、锌、铁、锰、铜、镁、钙、镍、铬、砷等11种微量元素的含量.自然阴干的果皮在45 ℃烘箱烘焙24 h后,研磨成粉末均分为3份,讨论了不同溶剂提取后山核桃外果皮中微量元素的含量变化.萃取所得的干燥样品粉末,在微波消解仪的工作程序下,加入硝酸-盐酸混合酸消解,该方法的加标回收率在86%~107%之间.研究结果表明:经溶剂提取后,各微量元素含量均有不同程度的下降(除镍外).山核桃外果皮含有毒性的微量砷,但经单独用水和用乙醇-水(1+1)提取后,分别降低62.5%和40%.

       

      Abstract: ICP-AES was applied to the determination of 11 trace elements,i.e.,Na,K,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Mg,Ca,Ni,Cr and As,in peel of carya cathayensis.The peel sample was air-dried,baked at 45 ℃ for 24 h in a drying oven,and pulverized to powder.It was divided into 3 portions,and treated by different ways of extraction.The effect of different ways of extraction on the contents of the trace elements was studied.The dried powder samples after the extraction treatments were digested with HNO3-HCl mixture in the MARS microwave digestor under prescribed programs.Values of recovery of the method for the 11 elements were in the range from 86% to 107%.Lowering of contents of the elements (besides Ni) to different extent was observed after extraction either with C2H5OH+H2O (1+1) mixture or with water only as the extractant,the content of arsenic,which is a poisonous element,was lowered to the extent of 40.0% and 62.5% by extraction with alcoholic solution or with water respectively.
