    基于与茜素红的电荷转移反应甲氯芬酯的分光光度测定

    Spectrohotometric Determination of Centrophenoxine Based on Its Charge Transfer Reaction with Alizarin Red

    • 摘要: 室温下依据甲氯芬酯与茜素红在纯水介质中形成1∶1型的电荷转移络合物,提出了茜素红电荷转移光度法测定甲氯芬酯的方法,试剂茜素红本身的最大吸收波长在420 nm处,而产物的最大负吸收波长在518 nm.空白试液及测试溶液的吸光度的差值ΔA(即A0-Ai)与甲氯芬酯的质量在20~250 μg或质量浓度在4.0~50.0 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系.所拟方法用于盐酸甲氯芬酯注射剂和盐酸甲氯芬酯胶囊中甲氯芬酯的测定,结果与中国药典方法所测结果一致.

       

      Abstract: In a pure aqueous medium,a charge transfer complex with mole ratio of 1 to 1 was formed between the drug,centrophenoxine,and alizarin red,giving negative absorption maximum at the wavelength of 518 nm,and positive absorption maximum of alizarin red at 420 nm.Linear relationship between values of ΔA (i.e.,the difference between absorbances of blank solution and test solution,A0-Ai) and the mass or concentration of centrophenoxine was found in ranges of 20-250 μg or 4.0-50.0 mg·L-1 respectively.The proposed method was used in the determination of centrophenoxine contents in its injections and capsules,the results obtained were in consistency with those found by the pharmacopoeia method.
