    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定紫砂壶中12种重金属元素

    ICP-AES Determination of 12 Heavy Metal Elements in Yixing Teapots

    • 摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定真假紫砂壶中砷、钡、铋、镉、铬、铁、汞、锰、镍、铅、锑和锡等12种重金属元素.紫砂壶样品用盐酸(10+90)溶液浸泡4 h,仪器高频功率为1 150 W,辅助气流量0.5 L·min-1,载气流量0.5~0.6 L·min-1,观察高度9 mm.12个元素的质量浓度均在5.00 mg·L-1以内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)在0.002~0.010 mg·L-1之间.加标回收率在93.0%~105%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=21)在0.24%~0.83%之间.

       

      Abstract: ICP-AES was applied to the determination of 12 heavy metal elements,i.e.As,Ba,Bi,Cd,Cr,Fe,Hg,Mn,Ni,Pb,Sb and Sn in Yixing teapots.The sample of Yixing teapot was immersed in hydrochloric acid (10+90) solution for 4 h.The following parameters were used: high-frequency power: 1 150 W;auxiliary gas flow rate: 0.5 L·min-1;carrier gas flow rate: 0.5-0.6 L·min-1 and the observation height: 9 mm.Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of the 12 heavy metal elements were kept in the range within 5.00 mg·L-1,with detection limits (3s/k) in the range of 0.002-0.010 mg·L-1.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 93.0%-105%,and values of RSD′s (n=21) in the range of 0.24%-0.83%.
