    二溴对氯-偶氮氯膦分光光度法测定大米中铜

    Photometric Determination of Copper in Rice with Dibromo-p-Chloro-Chlorophosphonazo

    • 摘要: 研究了铜(Ⅱ)与二溴对氯-偶氮氯膦(CPA-DBC)的显色反应.在pH 4.7 HOAc-NaOAc缓冲介质中铜(Ⅱ)与CPA-DBC形成了1∶2的蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为606 nm,方法表观摩尔吸光系数为2.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铜(Ⅱ)在0~25 μg/25 mL范围内遵守比耳定律.将此方法应用于测定大米中铜,根据6次测定结果算得相对标准偏差小于2%.用标准加入法进行回收试验,测得回收率在96.6%~98.7%之间,试验了31种共存离子对测定的影响.

       

      Abstract: The color reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with 2,6-dibromo-4-chloro-benzene chlorophosphonazo (CPA-DBC) was studied.In a buffer medium of HOAc-NaOAc at pH 4.7,copper(Ⅱ) reacts with CPA-DBC to form a blue-violet complex with a molar ratio (M∶R) of 1∶2,and a molar absorptivity of 2.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1 at its absorption maxima at 606 nm.Beer′s law is obeyed over the range of 0-25 μg of Cu(Ⅱ) in 25 mL of solution.The effect of 31 coexisting ions was tested.In its application to the determination of copper in rice,RSD′s (n=6) found were less than 2%,and the values of recovery test obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 96.6%-98.7%.
