    固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定偶氮染料橙黄G的降解产物1-胺基-2-萘酚-6,8-二磺酸

    HPLC Determination of 1-Amino-2-naphthol-6,8-disulfonate in Degradation Product of Azo Dye Orange G with Solid-Phase Extraction

    • 摘要: 提出了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定偶氮染料橙黄G的Fenton反应降解溶液中1-胺基-2-萘酚-6,8-二磺酸。用OnGuard Ⅱ H固相萃取小柱去除降解液中的Fe2+,C18柱为分离柱,以乙腈-10 mmol·L-1乙酸铵(20+80)溶液为流动相洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。1-胺基-2-萘酚-6,8-二磺酸的线性范围为0.05~5.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)为0.15 mg·L-1。加标回收率在92.1%~99.2%之间,日内及日间相对标准偏差分别在2.8%~3.4%,4.1%~7.7%之间。

       

      Abstract: SPE-HPLC was applied to the determination of 1-amino-2-naphthol-6,8-disulfonate in the Fenton′s degradation solution from azo dye orange G. Fe2+ were removed from the Fenton′s degradation solution by OnGuard Ⅱ H cartridges, C18 column was used as stationary phase and a mixture of acetonitrile and 10 mmol·L-1 NH4Ac (20+80) was used as mobile phase. UV-detection was made at the wavelength of 254 nm. Linearity range of 1-amino-2-naphthol-6,8-disulfonate was between 0.05-5.0 mg·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.15 mg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 92.1%-99.2%, with RSD′s in the range of 2.8%-3.4% (intra-day), 4.1%-7.7% (inter-day).
