    长链脂肪酸及溶剂对浮选富集锶的效果影响

    Efficiency of Enrichment of Strontium by Floatation as Affected by Long-Chain Fatty Acids and Solvents

    • 摘要: 试验了4种有机溶剂(苯、氯仿、正丁醇和甲基异丁基酮)和作为捕集剂的4种长链脂肪酸(十二烷基磺酸钠、十四酸、十六酸和十八酸)对浮选法富集锶效率的影响。试验中,于含锶(Ⅱ)的溶液(约10 mL)中加入2 g·L-1脂肪酸的乙醇溶液(4种脂肪酸中的任一种),将溶液的酸度调至pH 8,并移入自制浮选柱中,加入任一有机溶剂10 mL,通入流量为8~12 L·min-1的空气浮选5 min,按预选的仪器工作条件用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中锶的含量。根据所测得结果,选择十八酸作为捕集剂和甲基异丁基酮作为有机溶剂进行浮选富集效果最好,回收率在90%以上。

       

      Abstract: In the floatation enrichment of Sr2+ from solutions containing benzene, chloroform, n-butyl alcohol or methyl iso-butyl ketone as organic solvent with either of the long chain fatty acids (i.e., sodium dodecyl sulfonate, myristic acid, hexadecanoic acid and stearic acid) as collector the efficiency of enrichment was studied by FAAS determination of strontium in the organic phase. Ten mL of 2 g·L-1 ethanolic solution of either of the fatty acids were added to 10 mL of the sample solution containing Sr2+, and the acidity of the solution was adjested to pH 8. The solution was transferred to the self-made floatation column, and after the addition of 10 mL of either of the organic solvents, floatation was performed for 5 min by passing air through the solution at a flow-rate between 8-12 L·min-1; content of Sr2+ in the organic phase was determined under the prescribed working condition of the instrument. As concluded from the experimental results, stearic acid and methyl iso-butyl ketone were selected for the enrichment, giving values of recovery more than 90%.
