    人工神经网络催化动力学光度法同时测定铬、钴和铁

    Simultaneous Determination of Chromium Cobalt and Iron by ANN-catalytic-kinetic Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 在乙酸钠-乙酸介质中,铬(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)或铁(Ⅲ)或上述3种阳离子的混合物能催化过氧化氢氧化灿烂甲酚蓝褪色的反应,研究发现:可能由于3种阳离子的催化反应速率的差别,三者对过氧化氢氧化灿烂甲酚蓝褪色反应催化作用的分析信号值不具有加和性.用人工神经网络处理非线性体系的优势进行数据处理,从而建立了一种同时测定铬(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)和铁(Ⅲ)混合物的人工神经网络催化动力学光度法.对6组混合样品进行测定,相对误差在-4.6%~4.9%之间.

       

      Abstract: In an acetate buffer medium of pH 4.7,the oxidative color-fading of brilliant cresol blue by its reaction with hydrogen peroxide was catalyzed by Cr3+,Co2+ or Fe3+ and also the mixture of the 3 cations,leading to enhancement of color fading.But no additivity among the analytical signals of the 3 cations was found,possibly due to differences in speed of the catalytic reactions with the 3 cations individually.Artificial neural network (ANN) was applied to the treatment of such non-linear data,and based on which a method for simultaneous determination of Cr3+,Co2+ and Fe3+ in their mixtures by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was proposed.Six mixtures of the 3 cations with different concentrations were analyzed by the proposed mehtod,giving relative errors among the analytical results in the range -4.6% to 4.9%.
