    氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法测定电子产品中卤素

    IC Determination of Halogens in Electronic Products with Oxygen Bomb Combustion

    • 摘要: 采用氧弹燃烧法对试样进行燃烧,然后用水作为吸收液进行吸收,提出了离子色谱法分离测定电子产品中卤素含量的方法.以Metrosep A Supp 4型阴离子分析柱为离子交换柱,以1.8 mmol·L-1碳酸钠-1.7 mmol·L-1碳酸氢钠溶液为淋洗液等度洗脱.3种卤素离子氟离子、氯离子和溴离子的方法检出限(3S/N)依次为4.0,5.6,20.5 μg·L-1.该方法已用于电子产品中卤素的测定.

       

      Abstract: The sample was combusted in oxygen bomb and the halogens were absorbed in water.The contents of 3 halogen ions (i.e.F-,Cl- and Br-) in water were determined by IC.The Metrosep A Supp 4 anion chromatographic column was used for separation,and a mixture of 1.8 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 and 1.7 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 was used as eluent.Values of detection limit (3S/N) of the method found were 4.0 μg·L-1 for F-,5.6 μg·L-1 for Cl-,20.5 μg·L-1 for Br-.The proposed method has been used in determinations of halogen in electronic products.
