高效液相色谱法测定有机溶剂型化妆品中甲苯含量
HPLC Determination of Toluene in Organic Solvent-Based Cosmetics

摘要: 有机溶剂型化妆品样品用二甲基甲酰胺进行提取,用高效液相色谱仪测定提取液中甲苯含量。选用Fortis-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)作为固定相,用甲醇-水(70+30)溶液作为流动相进行淋洗。甲苯的质量浓度在2~50 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限(3S/N)为0.5 mg·L-1。用标准加入法测得回收率在95.0%~102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.24%~2.3%之间。Abstract: Toluene in cosmetics was extracted with DMF, and the extract was used for HPLC analysis. Fortis-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used as stationary phase and a mixture of methanol and water (70+30) was used as mobile phase. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of toluene was kept in the range of 2-50 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.5 mg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 95.0%-102% with RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 0.24%-2.3%.
