    • 摘要: 介绍了国内外渔业领域中孔雀石绿的限量标准,对渔业领域中孔雀石绿的样品前处理和测定方法,包括色谱法、色谱-质谱联用法、酶联免疫法等进行了综述(引用文献71篇)。

       

      Abstract: A review on the standard tolerance of malachite green in fishery field at home and abroad was presented. Special attention was paid to the methods of sample pretreatment and determination of malachite green, including chromatography, chromatography-MS and ELISA, etc. (71 ref. cited).
