    离子色谱法测定选矿废水中4种阴离子

    Determination of 4 Anions in Waste Water from Ore Dressing by Ion Chromatography

    • 摘要: 采用离子色谱法测定选矿废水中微量F-、Cl-、NO-3、SO2-4的含量。以SH-AC-1型阴离子分离柱为离子交换柱,以2.5 mmol·L-1碳酸钠-3.5 mmol·L-1碳酸氢钠溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制电导器检测。F-、Cl-、NO-3、SO2-4 4种阴离子分别在0.01~4.0,0.01~15.0,0.01~15.0,0.01~30.0 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)分别为6.13,3.89,5.86,8.49 μg·L-1。方法用于选矿废水试样中4种阴离子的测定,加标回收率分别为97.5%,104.0%,102.0%,98.3%,相对标准偏差均小于4.0%。

       

      Abstract: Contents of F-, Cl-, NO-3 and SO2-4 in waste water from ore dressing were determined by ion chromatography. The SH-AC-1 anion-exchange column was used for separation, and a mixture of solution of 2.5 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 and 3.5 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 was used as eluant. Inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. Linearity ranges for F-, Cl-, NO-3 and SO2-4 were found in ranges of 0.01-4.0, 0.01-15.0, 0.01-15.0 and 0.01-30.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 6.13, 3.89, 5.86, 8.49 μg·L-1 respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of the anions in waste water samples, values of average recovery found by standard addition method were 97.5% (F-), 104.0% (Cl-), 102.0% (NO-3) and 98.3% (SO2-4), and RSD′s (n=11) found were all less than 4.0%.
