流动注射-化学发光法测定香叶木素
FI-Chemiluminescence Determination of Diosmetin

摘要: 基于在氢氧化钠介质中,香叶木素对铁氰化钾-鲁米诺体系的化学发光具有显著的增敏作用,提出了流动注射-化学发光法测定香叶木素的方法。在优化的试验条件下,化学发光强度与香叶木素的质量浓度在5.0×10-6~5.0×10-4g·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为3.7×10-6g·L-1。此法用于合成样品中香叶木素的分析,测得加标回收率在89.6%~98.9%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.1%~3.2%之间。Abstract: Based on the sensitization effect of diosmetin on the CL-reaction system of luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 in NaOH medium, a method for the determination of diosmetin by FI-chemiluminescence (CL) was proposed. Under the optimum conditions, linear relationship of values of CL intensity and mass concentration of diosmetin was obtained in the range of 5.0×10-6-5.0×10-4g·L-1, with detection limit (3σ) of 3.7×10-6g·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of simulated samples, giving values of recovery by standard addition method in the range of 89.6%-98.9% and values of RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 0.1%-3.2%.
