    应用2-氯苯甲醛与苯肼的衍生化反应于2-氯苯甲醛的荧光光度测定

    APPLICATION OF THE DERIVATIZATION OF 2-CHLOROBENZALDEHYDE WITH PHENYLHYDRAZINE TO THE FLUOROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF 2-CHLOROBENZALDEHYDE

    • 摘要: 研究了2-氯苯甲醛(CBZD)与苯肼的衍生化反应,在pH 1.0的乙醇/水溶液中,2-氯苯甲醛与苯肼形成荧光希夫碱,研究了希夫碱的荧光性质,希夫碱的荧光激发波长λex=552.0 nm,发射波长λem=299.2 nm.其荧光强度与2-氯苯甲醛浓度在0-120 μg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.2 μg·L-1.方法应用于矿泉水、自来水、生理盐水、葡萄糖注射液中2-氯苯甲醛的测定.

       

      Abstract: Based on the derivatization of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde(Cl-BZD) with phenylhydrazine giving fluorescent schiff′s base,a fluorophotometric method for the indirect determination of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde was proposed.The reaction was carried out in an ethanol-water medium at pH 1.0.Wavelengths of excitation and emission maxima of the schiff′s base produced were found at 552.0 nm and 229.2 nm respectively.Linearity was obtained in the range of 0 to 120 μg·L-1 expressed as 2-chlorobenzaldehyde,and the detection limit was found to be 0.2 μg·L-1.RSD (n=11) of 0.21% was obtained at the concentration level of 50 μg·L-1 of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde.In the application of the method to the analysis of physiological saline,glucose injection,mineral water and tap water samples,recoveries in the range from 102%-104% were obtained.
