    顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定大型玩具中芳香烃化合物

    Head Space-GC-MS Determination of Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Large-Toys

    • 摘要: 提出了顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定大型玩具中苯、甲苯、乙苯、间(对)二甲苯、邻二甲苯、萘、蒽等7种挥发性芳香烃残留量的方法。选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为90 ℃和40 min,用RTX-5色谱柱分离,电子轰击离子源检测。7种芳香烃化合物在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.02~0.04 mg·kg-1之间。在3个添加水平上做回收试验,加标回收率在90.0%~106.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.3%~5.3%之间。

       

      Abstract: Head space-GC-MS was applied to the determination of 7 aromatic hydrocarbons (i.e., benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, naphthalene and anthracene) in large-toys. The equilibrium temperature and time of head space were selected at 90 ℃ for 40 min. The analyte were separated on RTX-5 column and EI source was used in MS. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 7 aromatic hydrocarbons were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) found were ranged from 0.02 to 0.04 mg·kg-1. Tests for recovery were performed by addition of mixed standard of the 7 aromatic hydrocarbons at 3 concentration levels, results of recovery found were in the range of 90.0%-106.8% with RSD′s (n=7) in the range of 0.3%-5.3%.
