    毛细管柱-气相色谱法测定水中碘化物

    GC Determination of Iodide in Water with Capillary Chromatographic Column

    • 摘要: 根据对用毛细管柱-气相色谱法(电子捕获检测)和硫酸铈催化分光光度法测定水样中碘化物的比较试验的结果可见,应用前者具有操作简单,测定范围较宽(0.19~100 μg·L-1),准确度和精密度较好(分别在3个浓度水平上测得方法的相对标准偏差值(n=6)在0.89%~3.11%之间,回收率值在95%~104%之间)及更低的检出限(3S/N,0.19 μg·L-1)等优点.此外,气相色谱法还不受氯离子及重金属离子的干扰,并不受温度和时间的影响.

       

      Abstract: As shown by the results of a comparative study on the methods of capillary column-gas chromatography with ECD and ceric sulfate-catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of iodide in water,the former method was preferred for its merits of simplicity in operation,a broader range of determination (0.19-100 μg·L-1),better accuracy and precision (values of RSD′s (n=6) of 0.89%-3.11%,and recovery in the range of 95% to 104%,both for 3 different concentration levels) and lower value of detection limit (3S/N) (0.19 μg·L-1).In addition,no interference was observed by the presence of Cl- ion and heavy metal ions,and by variation of temperature and time of reaction in the GC method.
