Abstract: A review on the methods for pre-treatment and determination of nucleotides including MS, chromatography-MS and electrocapillary-MS,as well as the principles, specific features and drawbacks of the respective methods mentioned above was reported in this paper covering mainly the years from 1993-2010 (39 ref. cited).
