    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铅锡合金焊料中铅镉铬和汞

    ICP-AES Determination of Lead,Cadmium,Chromium and Mercury in Lead-Tin Solder Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用微波消解技术,将电子电气产品中铅锡合金焊料样品用氢氟酸、硝酸和过氧化氢加热溶解后,加入硼酸以便掩蔽过量的氟离子,用双向视电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪同时测定铅、镉、铬和汞,方法的检出限为0.002 1~0.017 mg·L -1,方法的回收率和精密度分别为94.9%~101.0%和0.25%~3.40%.

       

      Abstract: The solder sample was digested with HNO3,HF and H2O2 assisted by micro-wave heating.Boric acid was added to complex with excess HF.The sample solution in dilute HNO3 was used for the simultaneous determination of Pb,Cd,Cr and Hg by the DUO-ICP-AES.Detection limit (3S) found for these 4 elements were in the range of 0.002 1-0.017 mg·L-1.Tests for precision and recovery were made,and values of RSD′s (n=11) and recovery obtained were in the ranges of 0.25%-3.4% and 94.9%-101.0% respectively.
