    薁磺酸钠结构确证的波谱学研究

    Spectroscopic Study on Confirmation of Molecular Structure of Sodium Gualenate

    • 摘要: 用红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱、一维(1H、13C)和二维(1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC)核磁共振光谱及质谱对薁磺酸钠进行结构确证。对所有的1H-NMR和13C-NMR谱进行了归属;讨论了红外吸收光谱峰所对应的官能团的振动形式,并详细分析了薁磺酸钠质谱图中主要碎片离子的裂解途径,还对样品进行了差热和热重分析。以上研究结果确证了薁磺酸钠的分子结构,并确证其经验分子式为C15H17NaO3S·1/2H2O。

       

      Abstract: Molecular structure of sodium gualenate was confirmed by IR and UV-absorption spectrometry, 1D(1H, 13C) and 2D (1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC) nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and mass spectroscopy. All the spectrograms of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR were attributed to their respective structures and positions in the molecule of sodium gualenate. Mode of vibration of the functional groups corresponding to their IR absorption peaks were discussed. Paths of fragmentation of the main fragment ions in the mass spectrum of sodium gualenate were analyzed in detail. Sodium gualenate was also analyzed by DSC and TG. Based on the results of spectroscopic study, the molecular structure of sodium gualenate was confirmed having its empirical formula C15H17NaO3S·1/2H2O.
