双毛细管火焰原子吸收光谱法测定三聚氰胺中钾和钠
Determination of K and Na in Melamine By Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Bi-Capillary Nebulizer

摘要: 采用与微波消解相结合的火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了三聚氰胺中钾和钠的含量.文中主要对在原子吸收光谱法中由于钾和钠的电离干扰所引起的吸光度降低和校正曲线偏离线性关系,从而导致测定结果不准确等问题进行了研究.此法采用了双毛细管雾化器分别引入试样溶液和电离抑制剂溶液,有效地实现了钾和钠电离的在线抑制,消除了电离干扰.此方法测定三聚氰胺中钾量和钠量的检出限依次为0.74和1.8 g·L-1,方法的回收率在86.0%~102.0%之间.Abstract: A method of microwave-assisted digestion combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was proposed for the determination of K and Na in melamine.Study was focused on the ionization interferences of K and Na in FAAS,resulting in reduction of absorbances and deviation from linear ity of calibration curve,thus leading to erroneous analytical results.In the present method,dual-capillary nebulizers were used to introduce the sample solution and the ionization suppressor separately so that ionization interferences were effectively eliminated and K and Na in melamine were accurately determined.Values of detection limit for K and Na were found to be 0.74 g·L-1 and 1.8 g·L-1 respectively.Values of recovery of 86.0%-102.0% were achiered.
