    CdTe/CdS量子点共振瑞利散射光谱法测定细胞色素C

    Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Spectrometric Determination of Cytochrome C by its Reaction with CdTe/CdS quantum dots

    • 摘要: 以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂,合成了具有特殊光学性质的水溶性核壳型CdTe/CdS量子点.基于细胞色素C对该量子点的共振瑞利散射有显著的增强作用,建立了一种快速检测细胞色素C的方法.在pH 7.0的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,量子点在385 nm波长处的共振瑞利散射的增强与细胞色素C浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为0.036~1.31 mg·L-1,检出限为10.8 μg·L-1.方法已用于人体血清中细胞色素C含量的测定,并用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在90.4%~93.2%之间.

       

      Abstract: Water soluble CdTe/CdS core-shell quantum dots,having special optical and spectral characteristics,were synthesized,using 3-mercaptopropionic acid as stabilizer.Based on the significant enhancement effect of cytochrome C on the resonance rayleigh scattering (RRS) of CdTe/CdS quantum dots,a new method for the determination of cytochrome C was proposed.Linear relationship between the enhanced RRS signals measured at 385 nm in a phosphate buffer of pH 7.0 and the concentration of cytochrome C was found in the range from 0.036 to 1.31 mg·L-1,with a detection limit of 10.8 μg·L-1.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of 3 samples of human serum,and values of recovery determined by standard addition method were in the range from 90.4% to 93.2%.
