固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的鞣花酸含量

摘要: 建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中鞣花酸的含量。样品用甲醇-水(1+1)溶液提取,超声提取10 min,以10 000 r·min-1转速离心5 min,移取5.00 mL上清液,经MAX固相萃取柱处理,用甲酸-甲醇(5+95)溶液洗脱。MG C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为固定相,以0.2%(体积分数)磷酸-乙腈(18+82)溶液为流动相进行洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。线性范围为0.5~100 mg·L-1,测定下限(10S/N)为20 mg·kg-1,应用该方法对化妆品中鞣花酸的含量进行检测,加标回收率在83.5%~100%之间。Abstract: A SPE-HPLC method of determining ellagic acid in cosmetics was developed. Samples were extracted with ultrasonic for 10 min by the mixture of methanol and water (1+1), then centrifugated at 10 000 r·min-1 for 5 min. 5.00 mL of supernatant was treated by MAX solid phase extraction, then eluted by formic acid-methanol (5+95) solution. The sample extraction was analyzed by MG C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase used for washing was 0.2% phosphate acid-acetonitrile (18+82), with detection wavelength at 254 nm. A good linear relationship was obtained from 0.5-100 mg·L-1. The limit of quantitation (10S/N) was 20 mg·kg-1. Recovery of the method found was in the range of 83.5%-100%.
