单壁碳纳米管Nafion复合膜修饰玻碳电极用于示差脉冲伏安法测定多巴胺
Use of SWCNT′s Nafion Composite Film Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode in Differential Pulse Voltammetric Determination of Dopamine

摘要: 将单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT′s)分散在5%(质量分数)的Nafion溶液中并滴涂在玻碳电极表面,红外灯烘干后,制得了SWCNT′s/Nafion修饰电极。采用循环伏安法研究了多巴胺在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,多巴胺在该修饰电极上出现了一对氧化还原峰,其氧化峰峰电位(Epa)为0.408 V(对Ag/AgCl电极,下同),还原峰峰电位(Epc)为0.335 V,且其峰电流与裸玻碳电极比较增大50倍。据此提出了用示差脉冲伏安法测定多巴胺的方法。多巴胺的浓度在120 μmol·L-1以内与对应的氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.2 μmol·L-1。修饰电极用于多巴胺注射液中多巴胺的测定,测定值与标示值相符,加标回收率在96.2%~101.0%之间。Abstract: To prepare single-wall carbon nanotubes, nafion composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (designated abbreviately as SWCNT′s/Nafion/GCE), a dispersion of SWCNT′s in 5% (w%) Nafion solution was added dropwise onto the surface of GCE, and dried by infrared radiation. Electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. It was found that a pair of redox peaks given by dopamine was observed at the SWCNT′s/Nafion/GCE with values of Epa of 0.408 V (vs. Ag/AgCl electrode) and Epc of 0.335 V and that the magnitade of peak current was enhanced by 50 times as compared with the bare GCE. Based on these findings, a selective method for determination of dopamine by differential pulsed voltammetry was proposed. Linear relationship between values of peak current of oxidation peak and concentration of dopamine was obtained in the range within 120 μmol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.2 μmol·L-1. The proposed method was used in the determination of dopamine in injection samples, giving results in consistency with the labeled values. Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method, and values of recovery found were in the range of 96.2%-101.0%.
