    流动注射-氢化物发生-电热原子吸收光谱法测定水中痕量汞

    FI-HG-Electrothermo-atomic Absorption Spectrometric Determination of Traces of Mercury in water

    • 摘要: 在酸性溶液中,水样中多种状态存在的汞用高锰酸钾或溴酸钾氧化为二价汞离子,应用流动注射技术和氢化物发生法与电热原子吸收光谱法相结合,在253.7 nm波长下测定了汞含量.方法的线性范围为0.2~15 μg·L-1(r=0.999 9).测得方法的检出限(3σ)为0.094 μg·L-1.在水样中加入不同量的汞标准溶液作回收试验,测得回收率在95.7%~104.6%之间.

       

      Abstract: In an acidic solution,mercury of different states present in water sample was oxidized to divalent state by potassium permanganate or bromate.The method,by hyphenation of flow-injection technique and hydride generation with thermo-atomic absorption spectrometry,was used for the determination of mercury in the sample solution.Linearity range of the method was found in the range of 0.2-15 μg·L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,when measured at the wavelength of 253.7 nm.Detection limit (3σ) of the method was found to be 0.094 μg·L-1.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method on the base of substantial water sample,giving values of recovery in the range of 95.7% to 104.6%.
