ICP-AES Determination of Rhodium in Pt-Rh Alloy

摘要: 提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铂铑合金中铑含量的方法。含铑(wRh≤40%)的铂铑合金称样0.100 0 g,用盐酸-硝酸(3+1)溶液10 mL和氢氟酸(ρ=1.18 g·mL-1) 0.5 mL于微波消解仪中消解完全。选择波长为343.489 nm的谱线作为测定铑的分析线。方法的检出限为0.029 mg·L-1。方法用于分析5个铂铑合金样品,测定值与国家标准方法测定值的相对误差在0.10%~0.40%之间,回收率在99.6%~101.0%之间。Abstract: A new method for the determination of rhodium in Pt-Rh alloy by ICP-AES was proposed in this paper. 0.100 0 g of sample (wRh≤40%) was digested completely with 10 mL of HCl-HNO3 (3+1)and 0.5 mL of HF (ρ/1.18 g·mL-1) in the microwave digestor. The spectral line of 343.489 nm was selected as analytical line for the determination. Detection limit of the method found was 0.029 mg·L-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of 5 Pt-Rh alloy samples, the relative error between the results obtained by this method and the results by GB method were found to be in the range of 0.10%-0.40%, and values of recovery were in the range of 99.6%-101.0%.
