高效液相色谱法测定热敏纸中双酚A含量
Determination of Bisphenol A in Thermo-sensitive Paper by HPLC

摘要: 提出了热敏纸中双酚A的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品用100 g·L-1碳酸钠溶液提取10 min,过滤,滤液经Xbridge C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水(70+30)溶液为流动相,用荧光检测器检测,激发波长为227 nm、发射波长为315 nm。双酚A的质量浓度在0.5~200 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为5 mg·kg-1。方法用于热敏纸样品分析,测定值与标准方法SN/T 2379-2009测定值相符;测得加标回收率在98.0%~100%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%~1.8%之间。Abstract: HPLC was applied to the determination of bisphenol A in thermo-sensitive paper. The sample was extracted with 100 g·L-1 Na2CO3 solution for 10 min, after filtering, the filtrate was used for HPLC determination, in which Xbridge C18 column was used as chromatographic column, and a mixture of methanol and water (70+30) was used as mobile phase; fluorimetric detection at the wavelengths of (λex) 362 nm and (λem) 440 nm was adopted. Linear relationship between value of peak area and mass concentration of bisphenol A was obtained in the range of 0.5-200 mg·L-1, with limit of detection (3S/N) of 5 mg·kg-1. The proposed was applied to the analysis of substantial samples, giving results in consistency with those obtained by the standard method (SN/T 2379-2009). Values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) obtained were in the ranges of 98.0%-100% and 1.5%-1.8% respectively.
