    新型双核铜配合物修饰玻碳电极对抗坏血酸的电催化作用及其测定

    ELECTROCATALYTIC OXIDATION AND DETERMINATION OF ASCORBIC ACID BY GLASSY CARBON ELECTRODE MODIFIED WITH BINUCLEAR COPPER(Ⅱ) CO-ORDINATE COMPLEX

    • 摘要: 采用电沉积方法将双核铜配合物修饰于玻碳(GC)电极表面制得了LCu2biPy/GC电极.研究了LCu2biPy/GC电极的电化学性质,并发现该电极对抗坏血酸具有良好的电催化氧化作用.考察了该电极作为抗坏血酸传感器的操作条件,结果表明:修饰电极在pH 7.0的磷酸盐(PBS)缓冲溶液,-0.2~0.8 V电位范围内,以50 mV·s-1进行循环伏安扫描,催化电流峰与抗坏血酸浓度在4.0×10-5~1.2×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.5×10-6mol·L-1.用于3种水果汁中抗坏血酸的测定,测定结果的RSD在1.6%~2.1%之间,回收率在97.8%~102.1%之间.

       

      Abstract: A new coordinate complex of LCu2bipy(ClO4)4 was synthesized self-assembly with hydroxyethyl-diethenyl-triamine,α,α′-bipyridyl (abbreviated as L and bipy respectively) and cupric ion,and modified on glassy carbon electrode by electrodeposition.As shown by the result of study on electrochemical behavior,by cyclic voltammetry at scanning rate of 50 mV·s-1 and in the potential range of -0.2-0.8 V,that in a PBS buffer medium of pH 7,the modified electrode showed electrocatalytic oxidation toward ascorbic acid with good reproducibility and high sensitivity.Linear relationship was kept between the values of the catalytic peak current and concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 4.0×10-5-1.2×10-4mol·L-1,with a detection limit (S/N=3) of 2.5×10-6mol·L-1.In its application to the analysis of 3 kinds of fruit juice sample,values of RSD′s and recoveries obtained were in the range of 1.6%-2.1% and 97.8%-102.1% respectively.
