    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定锡青铜中铅、锡、锌

    Simultaneous Determination of Lead,Tin and Zinc in Tin-bronze by ICP-AES

    • 摘要: 锡青铜试样溶于硝酸(1+1)溶液5 mL及盐酸(1+1)溶液3 mL中,所得试液于容量瓶中稀释至100 mL后供电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)分析,对光谱仪的工作条件及分析谱线的选择等分析条件作了试验并予以优化,测得铅、锡、锌三元素的检出限(3S)依次为0.069,0.091,0.088 mg·L-1.对方法的回收及精密度分别作了试验,测得其回收率在102.7%~103.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.7%~1.4%.

       

      Abstract: Tin bronze sample was dissolved in a mixture of 5 mL of HNO3(1+1) and 3 mL of HCl(1+1),and the solution was diluted to 100 mL in volumetric flask,which was used for the ICP-AES analysis.Analytical conditions,including the working condition of the spectrograph,choice of analytical spectral lines and etc.,were tested and optimized.Values of detection limit (3S) of lead,tin and zinc were found to be 0.069,0.091 and 0.088 mg·L-1 respectively.Recovery and precision of the method were tested,giving values of recovery in the range from 102.7% to 103.3% and values of RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 0.7%-1.4%.
