    微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定青菜中砷、镉、铬和铅

    ICP-MS Determination of As, Cd, Cr and Pb in Chinese Cabbage with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 用硝酸和过氧化氢在MARS X PRESS微波消解仪中处理青菜样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中砷、镉、铬和铅等4种重金属元素的含量。选择同位素75As、111Cd、52Cr和208Pb消除测定中的质谱干扰。在优化的试验条件下,砷、镉、铬和铅的检出限(3σ)分别为0.08,0.03,0.26,0.02 μg·L-1。方法用于分析青菜样品,加标回收率在82%~104%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.8%~6.3%之间。

       

      Abstract: The sample of Chinese cabbage was digested with HNO3 and H2O2 in MARS X PRESS microwave digestor, and 4 elements, i.e., As, Cd, Cr and Pb in the solution were determined by ICP-MS. The MS interferences were eliminated by selecting the istopes 75As, 111Cd, 52Cr and 208Pb. Under the optimized conditions, values of detection limit (3σ) of the method found were 0.08 μg·L-1 for As, 0.03 μg·L-1 for Cd, 0.26 μg·L-1 for Cr and 0.02 μg·L-1 for Pb. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of Chinese cabbage, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method ranged from 82% to 104% and RSD′s (n=5) ranged from 2.8% to 6.3%.
