液相色谱-串联质谱法测定土样中太安
LC-MS/MS Determination of Pentaeythritol Tetranitrate in Soil Sample

摘要: 土样经丙酮提取,提取液用液相色谱-串联质谱法进行分析。色谱分离用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)作分离柱,0.05 mmol·L-1氯化铵-甲醇(30+70)溶液为流动相进行洗脱,采用负离子模式电喷雾离子源在多反应监测模式下进行检测。太安的质量浓度在0.25~75 μg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.25 μg·kg-1。以泥土样品为基体,加入3个浓度水平的太安标准做回收试验,测得回收率在92%~97%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.1%~2.4%之间。Abstract: Soil sample was extracted with acetone, and the extract obtained was analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Agilent SB-C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as stationary phase. Mixture of 0.05 mmol·L-1 NH4Cl in methanol (30+70) was used as mobile phase and electrospray ionization source with negative ionization mode as well as multiple reaction monitoring mode were used in the MS/MS analysis. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of pentaeythritol tetranitrate (PETN) was kept in the range of 0.25-75 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.25 μg·kg-1. Tests for recovery were made by addition of standard PETN solution at 3 different concentration levels to samples of clay as matrixes, values of recovery found were in the range of 92%-97%, with values of RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 1.1%-2.4%.
