    石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蜂胶中铅

    GF-AAS Determination of Lead in Propolis

    • 摘要: 用浓硝酸与浓高氯酸混合液消解蜂胶试样,待试液呈无色或浅黄色时继续蒸发至冒高氯酸白烟,冷却,用0.5 mol·L-1硝酸定量稀释后,试液用于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定.工作曲线的线性回归方程为A=0.001 6 C+0.006 3(r=0.999 8),方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.04 mg·kg-1.对蜂胶实样作了分析,铅测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.0%,回收试验结果在76.0%~105.0%之间.

       

      Abstract: Sample of propolis was digested with conc.HNO3 and conc.HClO4 mixture,until the color of solution turned to colorless or light yellow and fumed with HClO4.The solution was diluted with 0.5 mol·L-1 HNO3 and used for AAS determination.Linear regression equation of the calibration curve was found as A=0.001 6 C+0.006 3 (r=0.999 8).Detection limit (S/N=3) of the method was found to be 0.04 mg·kg-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of substantial samples for the lead contents,giving value of RSD (n=6) 1.0%,and values of recovery in the range from 76.0%-105.0%.
