    氢化物连续发生电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高纯铟中砷锑锡

    CONTINUOUS HYDRIDE GENERATION-ICP-AES DETERMINATION OF As、 Sb AND Sn IN HIGH-PURITY INDIUM

    • 摘要: 采用氢化物连续发生与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用技术对高纯铟中砷、锑和锡的测定进行了研究.考察了酸介质及其浓度、硼氢化钠浓度及还原剂等对信号强度的影响,砷、锑和锡的检出限分别为0.13,0.017和0.12 μg·g-1,回收率分别为108%,93.1%和91.1%.

       

      Abstract: ICP-AES hyphenated with the continuous hydride generation technique was applied to the determination of arsenic,antimony and tin in high-purity indium.Effects of kinds of acid and concentration of acid used for the testing solution,the concentration of sodium borohydride used in the hydride-generation reaction and the use of reducing agents in the pre-reduction process on the intensity of spectral signals were studied thoroughly.Under the optimized conditions,values of detection limit for As,Sb and Sn were found to be 0.13,0.017 and 0.12 μg·g-1 respectively.Recoveries of 108% (for As),93.1%(for Sb) and 91.1% (for Sn) were obtained by the standard addition method.
