    气相色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气气相物中氧、氮、甲烷和一氧化碳的含量

    GC Determination of Oxygen,Nitrogen,Methane and Carbon Monoxide in Gaseous Phase of Mainstream Smoke of Cigarettes

    • 摘要: 提出了测定卷烟主流烟气气相中氧、氮、甲烷和一氧化碳4种气体组分的气相色谱法,用上述4种气体的标准气通过自制配气方法制作工作曲线的外标法定量,同时考查了捕集条件和仪器的稳定性,所得各组分的工作曲线的线性范围为:氧52~520 mg·L-1,氮276~736 mg·L-1,甲烷3.4~11.2 mg·L-1及一氧化碳18~65 mg·L-1.用各标准气按一定量配成混合气标准对方法的精密度和准确度作了试验,测定值的相对偏差(n=6)的绝对值均小于5%,其相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于2.5%.

       

      Abstract: Gas chromatography was applied to the determination of oxygen,nitrogen,methane and carbon monoxide in gaseous phase of mainstream smoke of cigarettes.Samples were collected according to the trade standard of tobacco industry.Standard gases of O2,N2,CH4 and CO were used and definite amounts of the gases were introduced into the instrument in preparation of standard curves.Precision of the sample collection and stability of the intrument in operation were tested,and satisfactory results were obtained.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 4 gases were obtained in the ranges of 52-520 mg·L-1 (for O2),276-736 mg·L-1 (for N2),3.4-11.2 mg·L-1 (for CH4) and 18-65 mg·L-1 (for CO) when 100 μL of the sample was introduced.Mixture of definite amounts of the standard gases were prepared and used for testing precision and accuracy of the proposed method,giving values of relative deviation (absolute value) (n=6) less than 5%,and values of RSD′s (n=6) of the analytical results less than 2.5%.
